摘　　要：采用硕士研究生学业倦怠量表、领悟社会支持量表和积极心理资本量表对辽宁省某医科大学203名医学硕士研究生进行匿名问卷调查,探讨全日制医学硕士研究生学业倦怠现状,分析其与领悟社会支持和积极心理资本的关系。研究表明,医学硕士研究生学业倦怠问题较严重,高校应该注重加强其领悟社会支持和积极心理资本的培养。Anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted on 203 medical postgraduates from a medical university in Liaoning Province with the postgraduates academic fatigue scale,perceived social support scale,and positive psychological capital scale to explore the status of academic fatigue among full-time medical postgraduates and analyze its relationship with perceived social support and positive psychological capital.Research has shown that the problem of academic fatigue among medical postgraduates is more serious,and universities should focus on strengthening their learning of social support and the cultivation of positive psychological capital.
