摘 要:职业教育迎来了发展的黄金时期,化工产业加快转变,向高精尖方向发展,这为高职化工类专业提出了新的要求。在此背景下,总结了工作室制教学理论及高职院校化工类专业实施工作室制情况,提出了实施工作室制教学模式的优势,对“工作室制”的教学模式从内容构建、教学实施条件、项目实施过程、考核方式等方面展开论述。结合我院探索实施工作室制探索实践,为加快工作室制教学模式发展,提出了建立激励机制、注重围绕项目重构教学内容、工作室制教学模式与“双创”工作协同发展等几条建议。Vocational education has ushered in a golden period of development,and the chemical industry has accelerated its transformation and developed in the direction of excellence.This puts forward new requirements for Chemical Engineering majors in higher vocational colleges.Under this background,the studio system teaching theory and the implementation of studio system in Chemical Engineering majors in higher vocational colleges were summarized,the advantages of implementing studio system teaching mode were put forward,and the“studio system”teaching mode was discussed from the aspects of content construction,teaching implementation conditions,project implementation process,assessment methods,and so on.Combined with the exploration and practice of implementing studio system in our college,several suggestions were put forward on accelerating the discussion of studio system teaching mode,such as establishing incentive mechanism,paying attention to the reconstruction of teaching content around projects,and the coordinated development of studio system teaching mode and“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”work.
