摘　　要：本科实验能充分锻炼学生的动手能力、形成良好的实验习惯和创新思维模式,对培养学生的科研态度和创新能力非常重要。目前,本科化学类实验室存在实验室开放程度不高、信息化管理水平落后、实验室管理队伍建设亟待加强等问题。针对上述现状,提出制定实验室开放管理制度与安全守则、利用微信公众号等信息化手段辅助实验室管理以及加大实验室管理队伍和加强管理队伍水平等应对思路。Undergraduate experiments can fully exercise students'hands-on ability,form good experimental habits and innovative thinking mode,which is very important to cultivate the scientific research attitude and innovative ability of undergraduate.There are some common phenomena among undergraduate chemistry laboratory,such as the low level opening degree of laboratory,the backward level of information management and the construction of staff quality need to be strengthened urgently.Focusing on the above situation,some countermeasures were put forward,such as establishing laboratory open management system and safety rules,using Wechat official account and other information means to assist laboratory management,enlarging and strengthening laboratory management team.
