摘 要:对新入职护士规范化多站培训模式在护理硕士研究生临床实践中的应用价值进行分析。研究对象为30例2020年6月至2022年6月期间右江民族医学院附属医院新入职的护理硕士研究生学历护士,均应用规范化多站培训模式展开培训,并分析培训效果。培训后新入职护士理论知识与操作技能考核成绩、临床综合能力及职业认同感均高于培训前,对比均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。规范化多站培训模式的应用有助于增强新入职护理硕士研究生学历护士临床综合能力、职业认同感,进而提供更佳的临床护理服务,有助于医疗服务质量的提升,值得进一步应用推广。To analyze the application value of standardized multi-station training mode for new nurses in clinical practice of postgraduate nursing students,thirty newly recruited nurses with master’s degree in nursing in the hospital were taken as the subjects from June 2020 to June 2022.All of them were trained in a standardized multi-station training mode,and the training effects were analyzed.The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment,clinical comprehensive ability and professional identity of newly recruited nurses after training were higher than those before training,and the comparison was statistically significant(p<0.05).The application of the standardized multi-station training model can help to improve the clinical comprehensive ability and professional identity of newly recruited nurses with master’s degree in nursing,which can provide better clinical nursing services,and help to improve the quality of medical services.It is worthy of further application promotion.
