摘 要:增强医学研究生教育教学质量、改善教学模式以及提高教学效率,促使学生掌握扎实的高等医学理论知识和实操技能,促进师生之间构建和谐、健康的良好关系,应针对医学研究生教育教学策略进行分析和研究,探寻具有应用价值和教育意义的教学模式,从而体现医学研究生教育教学实践活动对立德树人根本任务的有效落实。基于此,首先对医学研究生教育中的双主体互动式教学进行了简要概述,针对相应互动学习价值问题提出了应用策略,为医学研究生教育科学化、合理化、高效化应用双主体互动式教学模式提供一定参考。To enhance the teaching quality of medical postgraduate education,improve the teaching mode and teaching efficiency,promote students to master solid higher medical theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and promote the construction of a harmonious and healthy relationship between teachers and students,we should analyze and study the teaching strategies of medical postgraduate education,and explore the teaching mode with application value and educational significance,Therefore,it can reflect the effective implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue in the teaching practice of medical postgraduate education.Based on this,the article first gives a brief overview of the dual subject interactive teaching in medical postgraduate education,puts forward application strategies for the corresponding value problems of interactive learning,and provides some reference for the scientific,rational and efficient application of the dual subject interactive teaching model in medical postgraduate education.
