摘　　要：“大思政”是新时代高职院校开展思政工作的理念支撑,推动着传统思想政治教育工作的创新变革,进一步深化拓展了思政教育工作的内涵与外延,赋予了高职学生管理工作以全新的意义与要求。文章基于“大思政”育人格局,结合高职学生管理工作实际,探究提升学生管理工作质量和效率的策略。“Comprehensive ideological and political education”is the ideological and political work of higher vo⁃cational colleges in the new era,promoting the innovation and reform of traditional ideological and political educa⁃tion,further deepening and expanding the connotation and extension of ideological and political education,giving higher vocational student management with new significance and requirements.Based on the education pattern of“comprehensive ideological and political education”,combined with the practice of student management in higher vocational colleges,the paper explores the strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of student management.
