摘 要:大力发展人工智能已成为国家战略。为了紧密对接人工智能产业发展对高职层次复合型技术技能人才的需求,以人工智能技术应用专业群为例,围绕数字辽宁、智造强省,紧扣新型信息技术服务业对高端技术技能人才需求,探索实践专业群分层次、模块化教学模式改革;提出在人才培养过程中秉承“强素质、厚基础、精技术、融技能”的人才培养理念,落实立德树人的根本任务,将德育素质、劳动意识和职业素养的培养贯穿于整个人才培养过程。创新“基础趋同、专业分向、分层培养、多元发展”人才培养模式,在学院特色“1+N”特色人才培养基础上,打破群内各专业壁垒,通过现代学徒制、技师班、导师制、微专业、各类大赛、科研助手等“产、学、研、创、训、赛”全面、灵活和个性培养方案,根据学生自身特点和发展需要开展个性化培养,调动学生成才内在动力,满足学生个性化发展需要,有效提升了人才培养质量,培育了高素质复合型技术技能人才。Vigorously develop artificial intelligence has become a national strategy,and in order to closely connect the development of artificial intelligence industry to the development of higher vocational level of complex technical skills of talents,this paper takes the application of artificial intelligence technology professional group as an example,around the digital Liaoning,intelligent manufacturing province,close to the new information technology service industry demand for high-end technical skills talents,explores the reform of the teaching mode of the practice of professional groups at different levels and modularization.In the process of talent training,adhering to the talent training concept of“strong quality,thick foundation,fine technology,integration of skills”,the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people,moral education quality,labor consciousness and professional literacy throughout the entire process of talent training.Innovative“basic convergence,professional orientation,hierarchical training,multiple development”talent training mode,on the basis of the college s characteristic“1+N”talent training,the paper breaks the professional barriers within the group,through modern apprenticeship,technician class,tutorial system,micro professional,various competitions,scientific research assistant“production,learning,research,innovation,training,competition”comprehensive,flexible and individual training program.According to students' own characteristics and development needs,personalized training is carried out to mobilize the internal motivation of students to become talents,meet the needs of students personalized development,effectively improve the quality of talent training,and cultivate high-quality composite technical talents.
