范源廉的职业教育实践及其现实启示

摘　　要：范源廉是近代著名教育家,并以行政官员和教育家的双重身份影响着我国近代职业教育的发展。具体而言,范源廉秉持“教育救国”和“教育改造社会”的观念助推职业教育发展,他不仅以教育行政官员的身份推进职业教育体系制度化建设,还在职业教育与社会需要相结合、调整职业学校结构、实际资助职业教育事业等方面作出了重要贡献。以此为鉴,当今可以从落实职业教育地位和功能、推进职业教育体系化建设和施行校企合作等方面,促进现代职业教育的高质量发展。Fan Yuanlian was a famous educator in modern times and influenced the development of modern vocational education as an administrative officer and educator.Specifically,Fan Yuanlian adhered to the concept of“saving the nation through education”and“transforming society through education”to promote the development of vocational education.He not only promoted the institutional construction of the vocational education system as an education administrator,but also made certain contributions to the combination of vocational education and social needs,adjustment of vocational school structure,and actual funding of vocational education.Taking this as a reference,we can promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education by implementing the status and functions of vocational education,promoting the systematization of vocational education,and implementing school-enterprise cooperation.
