摘 要:加强“中高本”贯通培养是增强职业教育办学类型特色、构建中国特色现代职业教育体系的必然要求。课程体系衔接是实施“中高本”贯通培养的关键点。基于对河北省中职、高职院校“3+2”人才培养模式,中职、本科院校“3+4”人才培养模式,以及高职、本科院校“3+2”专升本人才培养模式实施现状的分析发现,河北省中高本贯通培养课程体系衔接存在课程目标模糊、课程结构重复、教材缺乏衔接等问题。河北省中高本贯通培养课程体系衔接的建设策略为:顶层设计“阶梯上升式”中高本贯通培养人才培养目标;系统化构建“能力递进式”层次化课程体系;多元协同开发“项目化、模块化、数字化”教材。Strengthening through-type personnel training in secondary vocational education,higher vocational education and applied undergraduate education is a necessity for enhancing the characteristics of the type of vocational education and building a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.The articulation of the curriculum system is the key point for implementing“secondary vocational education,higher vocational education and applied undergraduate education”.Based on the implementation status quo of“3+2”talent cultivation mode in secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges,“3+4”talent cultivation mode in secondary vocational schools and undergraduate colleges,and“3+2”talent cultivation mode in higher vocational education and undergraduate colleges in Hebei Province,the study found that there are problems such as ambiguous curriculum objectives,duplication of curriculum structure and lack of articulation of teaching materials in the through-type personnel training curriculum system in Hebei Province.The construction strategies of Hebei Province’s through-type personnel training in secondary vocational education,higher vocational education and applied undergraduate education are as follows:top-level design of training objectives of through-type personnel training in secondary vocational education,higher vocational education and applied undergraduate education;systematic construction of the hierarchical curricular system of“progressive competence”;multi-dimensional collaborative development of“project-based,modularized and digitalized”teaching materials.
