工学结合培养模式下高校汽车专业学生管理分析

摘　　要：随着我国汽车行业的快速发展,国内对汽车专业人才的需求量不断增加。高校作为培养汽车专业人才的主要阵地,做好工学结合培养模式下的学生管理工作,有利于培养出更能适应社会环境的高质量实用型人才,满足社会发展需要。工学结合培养模式下,高校学生管理应聚焦课程管理、实践管理、评价管理与就业管理4个方面,以提升学生实践能力、专业能力与自主学习能力,促进学生全面成长。With the rapid development of China's automotive industry,the demand for automotive professionals in China is constantly increasing.As the main bttefield for cultivating autormotive professionals,universities should do a good job in student management under the combination of engineering and learmning training mode,which is conducive to cultivating high-quality practical talents that can better adapt to the social environment and meet the needs of social development.Under the combination of engineering and learning training mode,university student management should focus on four aspects:course management,practical management,evaluation management,and employment management,in order to enhance students'practical,professional,and self-leamning abilties,and promote their comprehensive growth.
