胶原蛋白片改善皮肤水分人体试食试验研究

摘　　要：研究以胶原蛋白肽、透明质酸钠、天然维生素E为主要原料的胶原蛋白片改善皮肤水分的效果。采用自身和组间两种对照设计,将符合纳入标准的受试者随机分成试食组和对照组。试食组服用胶原蛋白片30 d,试食前后测定皮肤水分及安全性指标,对照组采用空白对照。试食前后试食组皮肤水分自身比较显著改善(P<0.001)。试食后试食组皮肤水分高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.001)。其中试食组有34例皮肤水分增加,有效率为65.4%,对照组有10例皮肤水分增加,有效率为19.6%,试食组有效率高于对照组(P<0.001)。试食后血常规、生化等各项检测指标均未见明显异常变化,未观察到过敏及其他不良反应。胶原蛋白片具有改善皮肤水分作用。To study the effect of collagen tablets with collagen peptide,sodium hyaluronate and natural vitamin E were used as the main raw materials on improving skin moisture.Two control designs of self and between groups were used.The subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a trial group and a control group.The test group took collagen tablets for 30 days.The skin moisture and safety indexes were measured before and after the test,and the control group was blank control.The skin moisture of the test group was signifcantly improved before and after the test(P<0.001).After the trial,the skin moisture of the trial group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a signifcant difference(P<0.001).Among them,34 cases of skin moisture increased in the test group,with an effective rate of 65.4%,and 10 cases of skin moisture increased in the control group,with an effective rate of 19.6%.The effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Collagen tablets can improve the function of skin moisture.
