摘  要:“课程思政”供给结构和要素配置在“食品原料学”课程教学实践中的转型升级迫在眉睫。将“课程思政”有机融入“食品原料学”课程教学内容,进行“课程思政”供给侧改革,供给内容很关键。文章依托“食品原料学”课程的教学目标与教学特点,基于该课程内容中的育人内涵和思政教学目标,挖掘和凝练出“食品原料学”课程思政元素,探讨了将思政元素融入“食品原料学”课程的教学的方式、方法和效果评价方式。The transformation and upgrading of the supply structure and element allocation of“curriculum ideology and politics”in the teaching practice of“Food Raw Materials Science”are urgent.The organic integration of“curriculum ideology and politics”into the teaching content of“Food Raw Materials Science”and the implementation of the supply side reform and content of“curriculum ideology and politics”are crucial.This article relies on the teaching objectives and characteristics of the“Food Raw Materials Science”course,and based on the educational connotation and ideological and political teaching objectives in the course content,the ideological and political elements of the“Food Raw Materials Science”course are excavated and condensed,and the teaching methods,methods and effectiveness evaluation methods of integrating ideological and political elements into the“Food Raw Materials Science”course are explored.
