摘  要:建立离子色谱法检测面制品中多聚磷酸含量的方法,并对市售面制品中多聚磷酸含量进行分析比较。样品经50 mmol/L氢氧化钠溶液超声提取20 min,采用离子色谱电导检测器和SH-AC-16色谱柱测定滤液中多聚磷酸盐的含量。结果表明,正磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸、三偏磷酸的质量浓度在一定范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系(R^(2)=0.9999),检出限(r_(SN)=3)分别为5.435,2.925,5.842和2.551μg/L。样品测定结果相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3.0%,回收率在88.4%~99.3%之间。该方法检测易行、回收率高、稳定性好、特异性强,适用于测定面制品中多聚磷酸的含量。A method for the determination of polyphosphate in fiour products by ion chromatography was established,and the content of polyphosphate in commercially available fiour products was analyzed and compared.Ultrasonic extraction of sample was by 50 mmol/L sodium hydroxide solution for 20 minutes.The content of polyphosphate in fltrate was determined by ion chromatographic conductivity detector and SH-AC-16 column.The results showed that the polyphosphate had a good linear relationship with their peak areas in their respective ranges,with detection limits(r_(SN)=3)of 5.435μg/L for PO_(4)^(3-),2.925μg/L for P_(2)O_(7)^(4-),5.842μg/L for P_(3)O_(10)^(5-),2.551μg/L for P_(3)O_(9)^(3-).The relative standard deviation(n=6)of the sample determination results were all less than 3.0%.The spiked recovery tests were performed recoveries were 88.4%-99.3%.The method was simple,accurate,specifc,and suitable for determination of polyphosphate content in fiour products.
