试析大学物理教学规范化精细化管理

摘　　要：随着教学改革的日益深入,大学教学体系逐渐完善,为了提高大学物理教学水平,增强学生物理综合素养,其教学管理需要进一步完善。大学物理是理工类、医学类的一门专业基础课程,在高校专业教育中具有重要地位,新时期背景下,规范化、精细化教学管理至关重要。基于此,本文以大学物理教学为研究对象,并从多方面对规范化、精细化教学管理加以研究,具体策略体现在教师备课、教学评价、学生练习作业等方面,以望借鉴。With the deepening of teaching reform,the university teaching system is gradually improved.In order to improve the teaching level of college physics and enhance the students’comprehensive quality of physics,its teaching management needs to be further improved.College physics is a basic professional course of science and technology and medicine,which plays an important role in college professional education.Under the background of the new era,standardized and refined teaching management is very important.Based on this,this paper takes college physics teaching as the research object,and studies standardized and refined teaching management in various aspects.It proposes specific strategies in the aspects such as teachers’lesson preparation,teaching evaluation,and students’homework practice for reference.
