我国职业教育层次结构对产业结构升级影响的实证研究

摘　　要：本文基于2009-2020年我国东中西部地区的面板数据,利用系统广义矩估计法分析了产业结构升级受职业教育层次结构的影响。实证结果表明:我国产业结构升级受职业教育的影响较大,并且不同地区对人力资本的需求不同;中等职业教育师资力量对西部地区产业结构升级有显著正向影响,高等职业教育师资力量对东中部地区产业结构升级有显著正向影响,东中西部地区在职业教育方面的投入对产业结构升级具有显著的正向影响,而不同层次结构的职业教育规模对东中西部地区产业结构升级的影响不同。In this paper,we analyzed the impact of industrial structure upgrading on the hierarchy of vocational education by using the method of the system generalized moment estimation based on the panel data of the eastern,central and western regions of China from 2009 to 2020.The empirical results show that vocational education has a greater impact on the upgrading of China's industrial structure,and different regions have different needs for human capital.The teacher capital of secondary vocational education have a significant positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure in the western region.The teacher capital of advanced vocational education have a significant positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure in the eastern and central regions.The investment in vocational education in the eastern,central and western regions has a significant positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure,while the scale of vocational education at different levels has different effects on the upgrading of industrial structure in the eastern,central and western regions.
