摘　　要：本文阐述了风险识别方法,结合系统分解法分析了面粉加工厂项目建设各阶段的风险因素,并提出了相应的应对措施,确保面粉加工厂项目在建设周期内风险可控。This article elaborates on the risk identification method,analyzes the risk factors in each stage of the construction of a flour processing plant project using the system decomposition method,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to ensure that the risks of the flour processing plant project are controllable within the construction cycle.
