论大学内部治理的合情性及其提升路径

摘　　要：有效的大学内部治理是合理性与合情性的统一。近年来,随着人及其情感在大学内部治理中的价值不断彰显,大学内部治理的合情性问题日益受到学界关注。作为一个评价性的概念,合乎情感和合乎情实是合情性的两个主要标准。在大学内部治理领域,合情性指的是大学的内部治理活动要合乎特定治理情境中各利益相关者的情感价值诉求,符合情感发展的基本规律。合情性通常会直接影响到多元利益相关者和公众对大学治理活动的认同感、满意度和支持度,从而决定着大学内部治理目标的有效达成。要提升大学内部治理的合情性,必须注重多元利益相关者的情感体验,加强治理主体的情感管理,强化大学制度的伦理支撑。Effective internal governance of universities is the unity of rationality and reasonableness.In recent years,as the value of people and their emotions in the internal governance of universities has been increasingly highlighted,the issue of the reasonableness of the internal governance of universities has attracted increasing attention from the academic community.As an evaluative concept,conforming to emotion and reality are the two main criteria of reasonableness.In the field of university internal governance,reasonableness refers to that the internal governance activities of the university should conform to the emotional value demands of all stakeholders in the specific governance situation,and conform to the basic law of emotional development.Reasonableness usually directly affects the identification,satisfaction and support of multiple stakeholders and the public on university governance activities,thus determining the effective achievement of the internal governance objectives of the university.To enhance the reasonableness of university internal governance,we must pay attention to the emotional experience of multiple stakeholders,strengthen the emotional management of the governance subject,and reinforce the ethical support of the university system.
