摘　　要：教学质量事关高校生存和发展,对教学质量进行评价有利于提高教师教学质量、激发教师教科研动力、提高人才培养质量。我国高校教师教学评价始于20世纪80年代,当下高校教师教学评价体系在评价主体选择、评价指标设计和评价结果运用等方面有进一步提升的空间。设计一个科学、合理、完善的教师教学评价体系,需要拓展教学评价主体,完善教学评价指标,运用现代信息技术和数学建模等方法。在评价结果的使用上应做到管理价值取向与发展价值取向的有机融合。Teaching quality is related to the survival and development of colleges and universities.The evaluation of teaching quality is conducive to improving teachers’teaching quality,stimulating teachers’motivation for teaching and research,and improving the quality of talent training.The teaching evaluation of Chinese university teachers began in the 1980s of last century.Currently,the teaching evaluation system of university teachers has further room for improvement in the selection of evaluation subject,the design of evaluation index and the application of evaluation results.To design a scientific,reasonable and perfect teaching evaluation system,we need to expand the teaching evaluation subject,improve the teaching evaluation index,use modern information technology and mathematical modeling and other methods.In the use of evaluation results,the management value orientation and development value orientation should be organically integrated.
