摘　　要：随着中外高质量共建“一带一路”的走深走实,中资海外企业对“中文+职业技能”本土人才的需求日益旺盛。与之相对应的“中文+职业技能”教育师资在国际化视野、教学理念、考评机制等方面存在诸多问题。本文基于“双师型”教师概念,根据“中文+职业技能”教育师资所需要的能力和素质,提出“双师+”型教师概念,即“能上讲台、能下车间、会教中文”,兼备“专业讲师、工程师、国际中文讲师”多重身份的复合型教师,并据此提出“双师+”型师资队伍建设的可行性路径。With the deepening of high-quality collaboration between China and foreign countries in the development of“the Belt and Road”,the demand for local talents proficient in“Chinese+vocational skills”is increasing among Chinese and overseas enterprises.However,there are numerous challenges for teachers of“Chinese+vocational skills”education in the aspects of international perspective,teaching philosophy,and evaluation mechanisms.Based on the concept of“double-qualified”teachers and under the abilities and qualities required of teachers of“Chinese+vocational skills”,this paper proposes the concept of“double-qualified+”teachers,which implies comprehensive training teachers to be capable of effectively teaching Chinese language and providing instructions in both classroom and workshop settings.They have the multiple identities of“lecturers,engineers,and Chinese language instructors”.The article further explores the feasible path for the development of“double-qualified+”teaching teams.
