高校非学历继续教育发展中的问题与对策

摘　　要：推动高校非学历继续教育的发展,是加速建设学习型社会的必要举措,更是高校继续教育转变的重中之重。目前,我国高校开展非学历继续教育存在政策扶持力度不足、培训内容针对性不强、专职培训教师短缺、评价管理机制不健全等问题。因此,应加大资金投入,创新培训模式,加强教师队伍建设,完善评价体系,以更好地实现人才培养目标。To promote the development of non-diploma continuing education in colleges and universities is a necessary measure to accelerate the construction of a learning-oriented society and the top priority of the transformation of continuing education in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in carrying out non-diploma continuing education in colleges and universities in China,such as lack of strength and pertinence in teaching and training content,shortage of full-time training teachers,and imperfect evaluation and management mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the fund input,innovate the training mode,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and improve the evaluation system to better achieve the goal of talent training.
