摘 要:目的探讨基于Miller金字塔原理混合式教学法在神经内科教学中的效果。方法将首都医科大学延庆教学医院学生按照随机原则分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组32人,沿用旧有的教学方法(课堂授课+课上和课后练习);实验组30人,应用基于Miller金字塔原理的四阶段教学,实现整合式教学方法(整合线下、线上资源+课上和课后练习+情景模拟训练);对比分析两组成绩。结果实验组笔试成绩(88.44±9.04)分、操作成绩(88.52±7.56)分,分别高于对照组的(81.37±8.52)分和(82.63±8.04)分(P<0.05)。86%的学生对Miller金字塔混合式教学这种新式教学方法表示满意。结论基于Miller金字塔原理四个过程结合混合式教学可以较好地提升神经内科教学质量。Objective To explore the effect of the hybrid teaching method based on Miller pyramid principle in the teaching of Neurology.Methods The students of Yanqing Teaching hospital of Capital Medical University were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.Among them,32 students in the control group followed the previous teaching methods(classroom teaching+in class and after class exercises);the experimental group consists of 30 people,using a four stage teaching method based on Miller's pyramid principle to achieve an integrated teaching method(integrating offline and online resources+in class and after class exercises);comparative analysis of the results of the two groups.Results The experimental group's written test score(88.44±9.04)and operational score(88.52±7.56)were higher than the control group's(81.37±8.52)and(82.63±8.04)scores,respectively(P<0.05).86%of students are satisfied with the new teaching method of Miller pyramid blended teaching.Conclusion Combining the four processes based on Miller's pyramid principle with blended teaching can effectively improve the quality of neurology teaching.
