摘 要:优质数字教育资源是推动教育数字化转型的基础和保障。我国数字教育资源建设虽取得了一定的成绩,但由于缺乏有效的数字资源共建共享机制,数字教育资源仍存在孤立建设与低水平共享等问题,难以满足教育数字化转型对优质资源的海量需求。基于此,文章在界定数字教育资源众筹概念的基础上,将众筹模式和知识建模图进行结合,构建了基于知识建模图的数字教育资源内容模型,为不同内容层面不同粒度的教育资源模块设计提供了统一的资源标准,并基于此回答了数字教育资源由谁建、用什么建、需要哪些支撑、如何建以及如何聚合等问题,即构建了基于知识建模图的数字教育资源众筹机制,包括数字教育资源的众筹要素、众筹过程机制和聚合机制三方面内容。但在实践层面实现教育资源众筹并非易事,不但需要政策方面的支持引导和大量的经费支撑,更需要资源众筹者具备较高的资源协同创造能力,但当前应试训练式、运动式的教改教研对该能力的提升收效甚微,破解这一问题的关键在于让资源众筹者掌握教育系统设计开发、缺陷分析与升级改造的技术性知识。High quality digital education resources are the basic guarantee to promote the Digital transformation of education.Although the construction of digital education resources in China has made some achievements,due to the lack of effective digital resources co construction and sharing mechanism,digital education resources still have problems such as isolated construction and low-level sharing,which is difficult to meet the massive demand for high-quality resources in the Digital transformation of education.Based on this,the article defines the concept of crowdfunding for digital education resources,combines crowdfunding mode with knowledge modeling graph,and constructs a content model for digital education resources based on knowledge modeling graph.It provides a unified resource standard for the design of education resource modules at different content levels and granularity,and answers questions about who builds digital education resources,what to build with,what support is needed,how to build them,and how to aggregate them,We have constructed a crowdfunding mechanism for digital education resources based on knowledge modeling graphs,including crowdfunding elements,crowdfunding process mechanisms,and aggregation mechanisms for digital education resources.However,achieving education resource crowdfunding in practice is not an easy task.It not only requires policy support and guidance,as well as a large amount of funding support,but also requires resource crowdfunding personnel to have a high ability to collaborate and create resources.However,the current exam oriented and sports oriented education reform and research have little effect on improving their ability.The key to solving this problem is to enable resource crowdfunding personnel to master the design and development of education systems Technical knowledge of defect analysis and upgrading.
