摘 要:关系性道德教育既是道德教育在元理论、方法论以及经验层面的一次重新设定,也是道德教育创新发展的一次重要探索。关系性道德教育萌发于哲学前提的发展演进与实践需求的最新进展,着眼于理论史的考察,道德教育经历了服从宇宙秩序的德育观、确认理性权威的德育观、强化主体性的德育观、最后走向了消解实体的关系性德育观。关系性道德教育的核心要义在于塑造“道德关系中的能动者”、关注受教育者在“教—学”关系中探索性能力的生成、在“语言—意义”关系中创造性互动的生成、在“他人—责任”关系中积极生活态度的生成。从关系视角出发,道德教育亟须加强对“关系启蒙”的自觉,增长受教育者维护命运共同体的关系意识、拓展受教育者在关系性环境中的应变能力、强化受教育者共担全球性问题的关系责任。Relational moral education indicates not only a redefinition of moral education in terms of meta-theories,methodology and experience,but also a significant exploration into the innovative development of moral education.It derived from philosophy-based evolution and the latest advancement in practice-based needs,focused on the exploration into the history of theories,and experienced the concept of moral education obeying the cosmic order,the concept of moral education affirming rational authority,the concept of moral education emphasizing subjectivity,and the concept of relational moral education transcending entity-based approaches.In essence,relational moral education means shaping individuals actively engaged in moral relationships,and fostering learners exploratory abilities in the"teaching-learning"relationship,their creative interactions in the"language-meaning"relationship,and their positive attitude toward life in the"others-responsibilities"relationship.From a relational perspective,moral education needs to increase the consciousness of"relational enlightenment"and learners awareness of sustaining the community with a shared future,broaden their adaptability in the relational environment,and reinforce their joint responsibility for global issues.
