摘 要:本研究以绩效管理理论为基础,对种业公司绩效考核体系进行了深入探讨和构建。研究结果表明,当前种业公司在绩效考核方面仍存在一些不足,如评价标准不明确、缺乏绩效反馈等。基于绩效管理理论,本研究为种业公司提供了一个全新的绩效考核体系框架,该框架更为明确、合理,并能够更加科学地评价员工的工作绩效。通过实施这一绩效考核体系,以期能帮助种业公司更好地调配资源、提高员工的工作积极性,而且还能推动公司的稳定发展,进一步服务于国家的粮食安全和农业持续发展。This s tudy,grounded in performance management theory,delves into and constructs a performance appraisal system for seed companies.The research findings indicate that current seed companies still have shortcomings in their performance appraisals,such as unclear evaluation criteria and lack of performance feedback.Based on performance management theory,this research offers a novel framework for the performance appraisal system for seed companies.This framework is more explicit,reasonable,and can more scientifically evaluate employees' job performance.By implementing this performance appraisal system,it is anticipated that seed companies can better allocate resources,enhance employee work enthusiasm,and further promote the company's stable development,serving the nation's food security and sustained agricultural development.
