摘　　要：课堂革命是推动教育模式变革的重要手段,能有效改变传统的教师授课与学生被动接受的模式,建立更加灵活、开放、互动的教学方式,提升人才培养质量。本文以“通信基站维护与管理”课程为例,探索立德树人、岗课赛证融合的信息化教学的课堂革命探索与实践,极大提高了学生的课堂参与度与积极性,有效地提高了人才培养质量。The classroom revolution is an important means to promote the reform of the education mode,and can effectively change the traditional mode of teaching by teachers and passive acceptance by students,establish a more flexible,open and interactive teaching mode,and improve the quality of talent training.Taking the course of"Communication Base Station Maintenance and Management"as an example,this paper explores the exploration and practice of the information-based teaching classroom revolution with the moral cultivation and post-class-competition-certificate integration,which greatly improves the classroom participation and enthusiasm of students,and effectively improves the quality of talent training.
