摘  要:高校人才培养要求和外语教学的内在特征决定了在外语教学中强化课堂思政的必要性与可行性。教师作为课堂思政的主力军,其思政教学能力在很大程度上决定了“立德树人”的效果。外语教师思政能力的提高应该涵盖3个部分内容:教师的政治素养影响学生价值观的形成和课程思政的方向;教师优秀的传统文化素养决定课程思政开展的广度与深度;教师扎实的教学素养确保课堂思政的实践效果。最后,思政育人效果评价是保障外语教师提升课程思政教学能力的有效机制和必要环节。The requirements of college talent cultivation and the inherent characteristics of foreign language teaching determine the necessity and feasibility of strengthening classroom ideology and politics in foreign language teaching.As the main force of ideological and political teaching in the classroom,teachers’ability to exert ideological and political influence largely determines the effect of cultivating virtues and morality.Improving the ideological and political ability of foreign language teachers should integrate three parts;teachers’political accomplishment affects the formation of students’values and the direction of ideological and political education;teachers’excellent traditional cultural accomplishment determines the breadth and depth of the ideological and political development;the solid teaching quality of teachers ensures the practical effect of ideological and political cultivation in class.Finally,the evaluation of ideological and political education is an effective mechanism and a necessary link to ensure that foreign language teachers unremittingly improve their ideological and political teaching ability.
