对中职生就业困难群体的指导与帮助路径初探——以天津市信息工程学校为例

摘　　要：目前中职学生就业质量不高是困扰中职学校的一个普遍性问题。该问题并不是由于社会缺少工作岗位、或是工作岗位对技术水平要求过高、或是中职生不能胜任等原因造成。其主要原因是学生的综合素质、心理期望与社会发展不能有效衔接。因此,在中职教育中,加强对学生的素质培养、心理疏导、就业指导与生涯规划指导是解决这一问题的有效途径。A common problem plaguing secondary schools at present is the poor quality of employment for secondary students.The reason for this problem is not that there is a lack of jobs in society,or that jobs require too high a level of skill,or that secondary school students are not qualified for them.The main reason is that the comprehensive quality and psychological expectations of students cannot be effectively matched with the development of society.Therefore,in secondary education,the effective way to solve this problem is to pay attention to students'quality training,psychological counselling,employment guidance and career planning guidance.
