数据治理共同体视域下毕业生档案管理模型与实践路线研究

摘　　要：分析毕业生档案管理共同体的模型框架,需要整体把握其共赢联动的场域结构,共担联动的惯习倾向以及共享联动的资源关系。在实践进路上,需要进一步变革管理理念,增强彼此间的相互信任和集体认同;重塑管理职能,促进参与主体间的共同合作;以合作、协商机制建设,建立协同互益、有序稳定的主体关系;协调利益冲突,增强共同体建构的动力。The model framework of the management community for graduate archives requires a holistic grasp of its field structure of win-win linkage,habitual tendency of full involvement linkage,and resource relationship of shared linkage.In terms of practical approach,it is necessary to further transform management concepts,enhance mutual trust and collective identity among each other;reshape management functions,promote common cooperation among participants;establish cooperative and mutually beneficial,orderly and stable subject relationships through the construction of cooperation and negotiation mechanisms;coordinate conflicts of interest,and enhance the motivation for constructing the community.
