党建引领下高职院校“一站式”学生社区育人模式与实践路径研究

摘　　要：“一站式”学生社区是新时代高职院校开展党建工作、思想政治教育的重要阵地,是落实“五育并举”、深化“三全育人”综合改革的重要抓手,是大学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务、自我提升的重要场域。党建引领下的“一站式”大学生社区具有重要的育人价值,以党建为引领探索“一主线+两队伍+三保障+四维度”学生社区育人新模式,即围绕党建引领一根主线,推动教师、学生两支队伍参与,建立平台、制度和网络三方面保障,从“思想、文化、心理、实践”四个维度设计育人创新点,切实提升学生社区育人工作的吸引力、感染力和影响力,打通“三全育人”最后一公里。The""one-stop"student community is an important measure for the development of Party construction and ideological and political education in the new-era higher vocational colleges.It is an important means to implement the"simultaneous development of five kinds of education"and deepen the"three-dimensional cultivation"comprehensive reform,and it is an important field for college students to self-manage,self-educate,self-service,and self-improve.The"one-stop""student community under the leadership of Party construction has important cultivation value.By exploring the new model of student community cultivation with"one main line+two teams+three guarantees+four dimensions",that is,focusing on the main line of Party construction leadership,promoting the participation of teachers and students,establishing three aspects of platform,system,and network guarantees,and designing innovation points for cultivation from the four dimensions of"ideology,culture,psychology,and practice",the atractiveness,infectious,and influence of student community cultivation work can be effectively enhanced,and the last mile of""three-dimensional cultivation"can be connected.
