摘 要:现代临床医学规培模式有多种,其中PBL(Problem-based Learning)模式是以学生为中心,以问题为导向,具体到医学就是由医学生和导师组成教学单位,围绕某一典型病例或某种临床疾病诊治等问题进行讨论,将学习置于相对真实的问题情境中,激发医学生的学习主动性、积极性,同时引导学生思考,在学习过程中不断尝试寻找解决具体问题的方法。以案例为基础的CBL教学(Case-based Learning)是以病例为核心,以问题为基础、以学生为主体、以教师为主导的讨论式教学方法。两种教学模式对于现代医学教育培养,尤其是住院医师开展临床工作都具有极其重要的意义,且两种教学方法各有优缺点,在实际临床教学过程中往往是两种方式相结合。结合临床实践和带教的经历,探讨PBL结合CBL教学法在心脏大血管外科住院医师培训中的应用。There are many kinds of training models in modern clinical medicine,and the PBL model is a teaching unit composed of medical students and tutors,which is student-centered and problem-oriented.The discussion content is to focus on the diagnosis and treatment of a typical case,to put the learning in a relatively real problem situation,stimulate the students’initiative and enthusiasm in learning,and at the same time guide the students to think,and find solutions to specific problems in the learning process.Case based learning(CBL)is a case-based,problem-based,student-centered,and teacher led discussion teaching method.Both of the two teaching modes are of great significance for training residents to carry out clinical work,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.In actual teaching,they are often a combination of multiple methods.Based on the clinical practice and teaching experience,the author discusses the application of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the training of cardiac and vascular surgery residents.
