摘　　要：关于组织间关系对创新活动的影响机制,不仅交易成本理论和社会资本理论提出了不同的观点,而且创新双元的内在关联也较为复杂,导致存在模糊认识。之所以产生悖论观点,其中可能的原因是组织边界存在动态性,导致组织间合作存在多样性关系,创新活动面临高度不确定。单一理论仅能在明确的研究范围和特定的情境中提供有效解释,难以对管理活动的全部过程予以系统性的探索和挖掘。通过辨析两种理论对管理活动进行解释时的悖论观点及其成因,继而基于“理论融合+跨界融合”的视角,提出合作中的组织边界动态调整表现为相对界线和绝对界线,并形成融通创新合作模式中以跨界融合为特征的新型组织间关系。通过融合交易成本理论和社会资本理论可以产生新的理论观点来精准地阐述跨界融合区域如何利用经济交易和社会关联实现创新双元的平衡和组合,不仅化解了悖论观点,而且增强了对管理实践的解释力度。Regarding the impact mechanism of inter-organizational relationships on innovation activities,there are different views proposed by transaction cost theory and social capital theory.The internal complexity originating from innovation ambidexterity also leads to vague understanding of its mechanism.Not recognizing the dynamic of the organizational boundaries is an important cause for paradoxical viewpoints,which leads to more complex inter-organizational relationship and uncertain innovation activities.Transaction cost theory and social capital theory can only provide effective explanations in their independent research scopes and specific contexts,but it is difficult to systematically explore and exploit the internal mechanism of management activities.The paper distinguishes the paradoxical viewpoints of the two theories and its basic causes,and then based on the“theoretical fusion and cross-boundary fusion”,proposes that a new type of inter-organizational relationship be established through the dynamic adjustment of organizational boundaries,and a cross-boundary fusion area be formed between the relative boundary and the absolute boundary in co-innovation pattern.The fusion of transaction cost theory and social capital theory can provide new theoretical perspectives to precisely explaining the phenomenon of using economic transactions and social connections to achieve the balance and combined of innovation ambidexterity.The new research viewpoint not only resolves the paradox viewpoints in previous studies,but also enhances the interpretation of management practices.
