Effective cooperation among families, schools and communities is crucial to implementing nutrition education and poses practical challenges.Based on the theory of overlapping spheres of influence, this paper examines the current difficulties in family-school-community cooperation in nutrition education for primary school students in China, focusing on the practice model proposed by Epstein. To address the challenges of inadequate school resources, lack of parental involvement,one-way communication between families and schools and low community participation, this paper proposes strategies to optimize school nutrition education resources, create conditions for high-quality parental involvement, expand communication channels between families and schools in nutrition education and establish collaborative community platforms for nutrition education. These recommendations aim to provide insights into family-school-community cooperation in nutrition education for pupils in China.
