基于校企合作的高职集成电路人才培养路径研究--以湖南信息职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：集成电路作为长沙市22条产业链之一,高素质的技能人才缺口大。湖南信息职业技术学院与长沙兆兴博拓科技有限公司深度校企合作,共建SMT工程技术人才培养基地,共同研讨培养方案,构建课程体系,为学生提供了高质量就业渠道,解决了单靠学校培养产线投入大、产业链对接不紧密、师资力量缺乏等若干问题,为集成电路的人才培养提供了一条切实可行的路径。As one of the 22 industrial chains in Changsha,IC has a large gap of high-quality skilled talents.Hunan Vocational and Technical College of Information Technology and Changsha Zhaoxing Botuo Technology Co.,Ltd.have established a deep school enterprise cooperation to jointly build an SMT engineering and technical talent training base,discuss training plans,and construct a curriculum system,providing students with high-quality employment channels.They have solved several problems such as high investment in school training production lines,weak industrial chain connection,and lack of teaching staff,and provided a practical and feasible path for talent training in integrated circuits.
