摘　　要：心理学的发展尽管从其学科成果、学术梯队及学科架构等方面,彰显出心理学学科的勃勃生机,喻示着心理学的确在科学发展的道路上风头正劲,但是,处于“内卷”状态的心理学学科原点、研究范式、方法论假设及科学观等却束缚着心理学发展,使其处于“焦灼”状态。在这种状态之下,心理学必然会面临来自学科内外和社会现实从表面到内在的种种诘问与质疑。实现心理学从焦虑话语到诗意栖居,心理学需要向文化回归,以文化自觉和文化反思舒缓心理学“心”焦,从而探寻到心理学学科走出内卷焦灼状态的思想力量和文化路径,在思想层面上为开掘出中国本土心理学理论发展导向提供可能。Although psychology has shown to be full of vitality in its development from its academic achievements,academic echelons and discipline structure,which indicates that it is indeed on the way to a scientific development.However,the origin of psychology,its research paradigms,methodological assumptions and scientific viewpoints,all of which are in a state of“involution”,constrain the development of psychology and make it in a state of“anxiety”,in which psychology is bound to face all kinds of questions and doubts from both the discipline itself and the society in reality.To realize a shift in psychology from discourse anxiety to poetic dwelling,psychology needs to return to culture,which will relieve its“mental”anxiety with cultural consciousness and cultural reflection.Finally,the ideological power and cultural path of psychology to get out of the state of involution and anxiety will be found in practice,and a possibility to set the development direction of China’s local psychological theory will be made at the ideological level.
