摘  要:目的 探讨互评式角色扮演法在专科护理实习生临床教学中的应用效果。方法 将2020年5月-2021年1月医院实习的40名实习生作为对照组,将2021年3月-2022年11月医院实习的40名实习生作为观察组。对照组采取常规带教法,观察组采用互评式角色扮演带教法。对两组实习生的带教满意度、带教效果及带教前后的理论、操作考核成绩进行比较。结果 带教后,采用互评式角色扮演带教法的观察组学生对教学内容、教学模式、带教老师的教学态度及整体评价的带教满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生的理论成绩及操作成绩均高于对照组,并且护理问诊、护理查体、护理诊断、护理措施、人文关怀、健康咨询、组织效能等护理技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 互评式角色扮演法应用于护理专科实习生带教,不仅可以提高实习生的带教满意度和教学效果,而且有助于实习生综合能力的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of mutual evaluation role-acting method in the clinical teaching of specialist nursing interns.Methods 40 interns who were interned in the hospital from May 2020 to January 2021 were taken as the control group,and 40 interns who were interned in the hospital from March 2021 to November 2022 were taken as the observation group.The control group was taught by conventional leading method and the observation group was taught by mutual evaluation role-acting oriented method.The satisfaction of teaching,the effect of teaching,and the theoretical and operational assessment scores before and after teaching were compared between the two groups of interns.Results After teaching,students in the observation group who adopted the mutual evaluation role-acting teaching method had higher satisfaction scores than those in the control group in terms of teaching content,teaching mode,teaching attitude and overall evaluation of the teachers,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students'theoretical and operative scores were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of nursing skills,such as nursing questioning,nursing check-up,nursing diagnosis,nursing care,humanistic care,health counselling and organisational effectiveness,were all higher than those of the control group.Organisational effectiveness and other nursing skills scores were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mutual evaluation role-acting method in teaching nursing interns can not only improve interns'satisfaction with teaching and teaching effect,but also help interns improve their comprehensive ability.
