摘　　要：在“立德树人”背景下,推进课程思政建设是高校育人的重要举措。文章重点挖掘体育保健学的课程思政元素,探究其在课程教学过程中的融入方式,分析课程思政教学案例设计,旨在为体育保健学课程思政教学提供参考和依据。Under the background of fostering virtue via education,promoting the ideological and political construction of curriculum is an important measure of educating students in universities.In order to provide reference and basis for the ideological and political teaching of sport health,this paper focused on discovering the ideological and political elements of sport health,exploring its integration in the process of curriculum teaching,and analyzing the case design of curriculum ideological and political teaching.
