摘　　要：中国特色社会主义建设进入新时代,国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设提速,公共管理人才在国家治理中的重要性越发突出。虽然国外公共管理理论起源已久,但是引入到国内后本土化程度明显不足。在民族地区公共管理学科教学中存在定位不准、教学方法和手段单一、教学过程路径依赖严重、缺乏有效的教学效果评价等问题,只有针对这些方面进行深入的改革和创新,民族地区高校才能真正实现扎根大地办教育,输出更高质量的公共管理应用型人才。The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.With acceleration of modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity,the importance of public management talents in national governance has become prominent.Although foreign public management theories have a long history,its localization after being introduced into China is obviously insufficient.In the public management teaching in minority areas,there exist problems such as inaccurate positioning,single teaching method,dependence on the teaching process path,and lack of effective teaching effect evaluation.Only by reform and innovation can we cultivate high quality public management talents.
