摘　　要：目的:了解老年期精神分裂症患者衰弱状况,并探讨日常生活能力与衰弱的关系以及营养状况的中介效应。方法:采用便利抽样法,纳入2021年1月至8月北京市某三级甲等精神卫生专科医院191例老年期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、Frail指数量表、Barthel指数量表、简易营养状态评估表(MNA)进行调查。结果:191例老年期精神分裂症住院患者日常生活能力得分(70.34±16.66)分,衰弱水平得分(2.48±1.79)分,营养水平得分(8.68±4.13)分。老年期精神分裂症住院患者衰弱水平与日常生活能力和营养水平之间呈两两显著负相关(P<0.01)。老年期精神分裂症住院患者营养水平在衰弱和日常生活能力之间的中介作用显著。结论:日常生活能力及营养水平均与衰弱相关,营养水平是老年期精神分裂症症患者日常生活能力与衰弱的中介变量。Objective:To investigate the frailty status of elderly patients with schizophrenia,and to explore the influence of daily living ability and nutrition level on the frailty status.Method:From January to August 2021,a total of 191 elderly patients with schizophrenia in a Class Three Grade psychiatric hospital in Beijing were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling.The general situation questionnaire,Frail Index Scale,Barthel Index Scale,and Simple Nutritional Status Assessment(MNA)were administered to all subjects.Results:The scores of daily living ability,frailty and nutrition level of 191 elderly patients with schizophrenia were(70.34±16.66),(2.48±1.788)and(8.68±4.13),respectively.The frailty level of elderly schizophrenic inpatients was negatively correlated with the ability of daily living and nutritional level(P<0.01).The mediating effect of nutrition level between frailty and the ability of daily living in elderly patients with schizophrenia was significant.Conclusion:Both the ability of daily living and nutritional level are related to frailty.Nutritional level plays a mediating effect between the ability of daily living and frailty in elderly patients with schizophrenia.
