心理契约对网络问答社区核心参与者知识共享行为的多重影响路径研究——基于“知乎”和“百度知道”的对比分析

摘　　要：基于社会网络分析和熵值法,识别“知乎”和“百度知道”两种不同类型网络问答社区中具有吸聚力和影响力的核心参与者群体。基于社会交换理论构建研究模型,通过模糊集定性比较分析探索心理契约多要素对核心参与者知识共享行为影响的组态路径,进一步深入分析知识共享影响机制背后的共性和差异性机理。研究结果表明:两类网络问答社区中的核心参与者知识共享行为受到交易型与关系型心理契约两个维度的多因素协同联动影响;“知乎”和“百度知道”社区知识共享行为发生的组态构型不同,前者是关系型心理契约主导的综合驱动型和交易型心理契约主导的综合驱动型,后者是交易型心理契约主导的综合驱动型和交易型与关系型心理契约综合驱动型;社会交往、情感寄托和经济利益对“知乎”社区知识共享行为的整体影响更强。Based on social network analysis and entropy method,this study identifies the core participant groups with attract cohesion and influence in two different types of online Q&A communities,Zhihu and Baidu Knows.By constructing a research model based on social exchange theory,the configurational path of multi-factors of psychological cont ract on the knowledge sharing behavior of core participants is explored through fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis.Furthermore,the commonalities and differences behind the mechanisms of knowledge sharing influence are analyzed in depth.The results show that the knowledge sharing behavior of core participants in both types of online Q&A communities is influenced by multiple factors from transactional and relational psychological contracts.The configurational patterns of knowledge sharing behavior differ between Zhihu and Baidu Knows:the former is a comprehensive driving type dominated by relational psychological contracts and a comprehensive driving type dominated by transactional psychological contracts,the latter is a comprehensive driving type dominated by transactional psychological contracts and a comprehensive driving type driven by transactional and relational psychological contracts;Social interaction,emotional sustenance and economic benefits have a stronger overall influence on knowledge sharing behavior in Zhihu.
