摘 要:通过建立高职旅游类院校学生实践能力影响因素模型,深入探究校企共同参与课程体系设置、专兼职教师教学团队建设、校内外硬件保障对学生实践能力的影响程度。结果显示,三种因素均对学生实践能力的培养产生正向影响,且互相之间存在双向正影响,其中专兼职教师教学团队建设的影响最为显著。因此,在改革高职旅游类院校校企合作人才培养模式时,应大力加强专兼职教师团队建设、重视共同参与重构课程体系、加大办学投入力度、加强实践、实习环节管理以及塑造工匠精神,进一步优化产教融合模式,提升旅游类高职学生的实践能力,以满足旅游行业对高素质人才的需求。By establishing a model of factors influencing the practical abilities of tourism vocational college students,this paper explores the impact of joint participation of schools and enterprises in curriculum system design,the construction of full-time and part-time teaching teams,and internal and external hardware support on students'practical abilities.The results show that all three factors have a positive impact on the cultivation of students'practical abilities,and there is a mutual positive influence among them,with the construction of full-time and part-time teaching teams having the most significant impact.Therefore,when reforming the talent training model of tourism vocational colleges through school-enterprise cooperation,efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of full-time and part-time teaching teams,pay attention to joint participation in curriculum system reconstruction,increase investment in education,strengthen practical training and internship management,and cultivate craftsmanship spirit,further optimizing the industry-education integration model and enhancing the practical abilities of tourism vocational college students to meet the demand for high-quality talents in the tourism industry.
