摘 要:目的 减轻LNG薄膜罐主容器的总质量,从而促进液化天然气存储设施的发展及市场拓展。方法 对薄膜罐主容器的基本几何参数进行了设计,并建立了储罐数学模型和需要的目标函数;分析计算了储罐在满罐状态下的受力情况,利用ANSYS软件对基础几何数据进行了参数化设置和罐壁厚度优化;利用粒子群算法及MATLAB软件编程对此穹顶数学模型进行求解。结果 穹顶最优曲率半径为28 000 mm,罐壁最小厚度减小了0.50 mm,罐顶总质量减少了103 t,罐壁最大厚度减小了0.62 mm。结论 经气压试验后优化计算结果合格,对LNG薄膜罐的轻量化研究及降低成本具有重要的参考价值。Objective Through reducing the total mass of the main container of LNG film tank,the development and market expansion of LNG storage facilities are promoted.Methods The basic geometric parameters of the main container of the film tank are designed,and the mathematical model of the tank and the required objective function are established.The stress of the tank in the full tank state is analyzed and calculated,and the basic geometric data is parameterized and the thickness of the tank wall is optimized by ANSYS software.The mathematical model of the dome is solved by using particle swarm optimization algorithm and MATLAB software programming.Results The optimal curvature radius of the dome is 28000 mm,the minimum thickness of the tank wall is reduced by 0.50 mm,the total mass of the tank roof is reduced by 103 t,and the maximum thickness of the tank wall is reduced by 0.62 mm.Conclusions The optimized calculation results are qualified after the air pressure test,which has important reference value for the lightweight research and cost reduction of LNG film tank.
