摘 要:目的:探究钴铬合金与镍铬合金材料应用于口腔修复患者中的效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月于中山市横栏医院行口腔修复的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各40例。两组患者均进行口腔修复,试验组给予钴铬合金材料,对照组给予镍铬合金材料。比较不同材料对患者牙周指数和炎性因子水平的影响情况。结果:治疗前,两组龈沟液量、龈沟探针深度、牙龈指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组龈沟液量、龈沟探针深度、牙龈指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的IL-1β、IL-6、MMP-2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔修复中应用钴铬合金材料的效果显著,有利于改善患者的牙周情况,降低炎性因子水平,促进患者恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of cobalt-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium alloy materials in patients with oral restoration.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent oral restoration in Zhongshan Henglan Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Oral restorations were performed in both groups,and the experimental group used cobalt-chromium alloy materials and the control group used nickel-chromium alloy materials.The effects of different materials on periodontal index and inflammatory factor levels were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gingival crevicular fluid volume,gingival probe depth and gingival index between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the gingival crevicular fluid volume,gingival probe depth and gingival index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and MMP-2 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cobalt-chromium alloy materials in oral restoration has a significant effect,which is conducive to improving the periodontal condition of patients,reducing the levels of inflammatory factors,and promoting the recovery of patients.
