摘 要:婴幼儿早期学习和成长的环境,影响自身认知和社会性发展。为了探究托育机构的整体质量及提升路径,通过目的性抽样选取某连锁托育机构为研究对象,利用婴幼儿学习环境量(ITERS-3)对其托育质量进行评估。结果发现:个案的婴幼儿学习环境质量不高,其中互动项目严重不足。评估反馈发现,托育机构在短时间内空间与实施、婴幼儿日常保育、语言和图书、活动、互动和作息结构六项水平显著提高;同时,研究的结果也有利于相关政策制定者对于托育机构的质量等级进行评估与鉴定。The environment in which infants and toddlers learn and grow affects their own cognitive and social development.In order to investigate the overall quality level of child care institutions and the paths of improvement,a chain of community day care centers were selected by purposive sampling to assess the quality of their child care using the Infant and Toddler Learning Environment Rating Scale(ITERS-3).The results found that the overall level of infant and toddler learning environments in the cases was low,with serious deficiencies in environmental space and handouts.Through feedback from the assessment,the child care providers improved significantly in a short period of time in six categories:space and implement,infant and toddler daily care,language and books,activities,interaction,and structure of work and rest.The results of the study are also useful for policy makers to assess and evaluate the quality of child care facilities.
