摘 要:应对航空智能制造对高素质技能型人才的需求,分析新形势下飞行器制造典型工作任务及岗位任职要求的发展趋势,明确航空制造数字化、智能化升级背景下对学生职业能力的要求和人才培养目标,探索飞行器制造专本贯通一体化人才培养模式和人才培养举措,建立飞行器制造专本贯通一体化人才培养专科、本科阶段职业能力和课程体系衔接模式,明确专科、本科阶段课程设置与能力培养的对应关系,力求为航空制造行业培养复合型高端技术技能人才。In response to the requirements for high-quality skilled talents in aviation intelligent manufacturing,the paper analyzes the development trend of typical tasks and job requirements in aircraft manufacturing under the new situation,clarifies the professional ability requirements and talent training goals of students in the context of digitalization and intelligent upgrading of aviation manufacturing,explores the integrated talent training mode and measures for aircraft manufacturing,and establishes an integrated model of professional ability and curriculum system for aircraft manufacturing between vocational and undergraduate stages of talent cultivation,and clarifies the corresponding relationship between vocational and undergraduate courses and ability development,so as to cultivate composite high-end technical and skilled talents for the aviation manufacturing industry.
