摘 要:针对工业电子元件在回焊炉中焊接过程的受热情况进行建模分析.以对流传热理论与牛顿冷却定律为理论依据,建立了回焊炉非线性瞬态传热数学模型,利用有限差分法求解得到了给定条件下的温度分布.同时,为取得高效率、高质量焊接所需的回焊炉参数,综合给定的制程界限,建立了回焊炉传输带速度与各温区温度大小的规划模型与峰值温度面积与各温区温度分布的规划模型,采用遍历迭代求解,获得了给定温度设置下的最大过炉速度,并得到了优化的炉温曲线.The heating situation of industrial electronic components during welding in a reflow oven is modelled and analyzed.The reflow oven s nonlinear transient heat transfer mathematical model is established based on the convection heat transfer theory and Newton s cooling law.The temperature distribution under given conditions is obtained by the finite difference method.At the same time,to obtain the parameters of the reflow oven for high efficiency and high-quality welding.Based on the given process boundary,the planning model of reflow oven conveyor belt speed and the temperature of each temperature zone and the planning model of peak temperature area and temperature distribution of each temperature zone is established.The maximum overburning speed under the given temperature setting is obtained through the iterative solution,and the optimized furnace temperature curve is obtained.
