摘  要:在数字化技术飞速发展和新工科、新文科建设的背景下,满足“大家居”产业转型升级急需的交叉融合型设计人才紧缺。针对这一问题,采用调查研究法,以跨学科的整合研究,通过构建产学研协同专业建设体系、构建产学研协同共建课程体系、探索产学研协同教学的理论体系、构建多层次的产学研协同实践教学体系、实施师资团队建设战略等措施,来实施“大家居”产业创新人才产学研协同培养模式的改革,取得了一系列教学改革方面的理论成果和提升学生专业能力方面的实践成效,有益于促进“大家居”产业的高质量发展。Against the backdrop of rapidly developing digital technology and the construction of new engineering and liberal arts disciplines,there is an urgent shortage of cross-disciplinary design talents needed for the transformation and upgrading of the"Whole Home Furnishing"industry.To address this issue,using the methods of investigative research and interdisciplinary integrated studies,several measures have been adopted:constructing a collaborative professional construction system between industry,academia,and research;building a joint curriculum system;exploring the theoretical system of collaborative teaching;establishing a multilevel collaborative practical teaching system;and implementing a faculty team-building strategy.These measures aim to reform the collaborative education model for"Whole Home Furnishing"innovative talent cultivation,which has achieved a series of theoretical results in teaching reform and practical effects in enhancing student professional abilities,beneficial to promoting the high-quality development of China's"Whole Home Furnishing"industry.
