摘　　要：尺度是事物“质”的界定与“量”的限度的统一,尺度的有效性与适用性有其确定的范围和界限,事物的性质和过程随着尺度的转换呈现出不同的特征和意义。环境公平的尺度差异意味着不同的价值诉求,尺度竞争是环境政治博弈的直接表现。中国环境公平的尺度选择以“人和自然界之间、人和人之间的矛盾的真正解决”为终极价值目标,而在环境公平尺度的现实建构中,更注重不同尺度之间的镶嵌、匹配和协同。Scale is the unity of“quality”and“quantity”of things.The validity and applicability of scale have their definite range and limit.The nature and process of things show different characteristics and meanings with the transformation of scale.Different scales of environmental equity mean different value pursuits,and the scale competition is the direct manifestation of the environmental political game.The selection of the environmental equity scale in China takes“the real solution of the contradiction between man and nature and between man and man”as the ultimate value goal,while in the realistic construction of the environmental equity scale,the emphasis is placed more on the insetting,matching and coordinating between different scales.
