摘　　要：目的:研究高频电刀下预成纤维桩修复技术对口腔修复患者的影响。方法:选取2021年1月~2023年3月于本院收治的口腔修复患者100例,对照组(50例,高频电刀下铸造金属桩修复技术)和观察组(50例,高频电刀下预成纤维桩修复技术)。结果:两组口腔修复患者修复成功率对比结果差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两组口腔修复患者牙周指标结果差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两组口腔修复患者牙齿功能评分结果差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两组口腔修复患者口腔修复效果差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两组口腔修复患者炎症因子水平结果差异显著(P<0.05)。对比两组口腔修复患者并发症情况结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:高频电刀下预成纤维桩修复技术对口腔修复患者具有积极影响。Objective:To study the impact of high-frequency electrosurgical pre formed fiber post repair technology on patients undergoing oral restoration.Methods:A total of 100 oral restoration patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected,including a control group(50 cases,using high-frequency electric knife casting metal post repair technology)and an observation group(50 cases,using high-frequency electric knife pre formed fiber post repair technology).Results:There was a significant difference in the success rate of restoration between the two groups of oral restoration patients(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the results of periodontal indicators between two groups of oral restoration patients(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the dental function scores between the two groups of oral restoration patients(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the effectiveness of oral restoration between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups of oral restoration patients(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the complications between the two groups of oral restoration patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pre formed fiber post repair technology under high-frequency electric knife has a positive impact on oral repair patients.
