摘　　要：文章基于角色理论视角,借助2010—2020年我国上市公司高管履历数据,分析了高层管理团队数字知识对企业数字化转型的影响,重点讨论了两者的边界条件。研究表明:数字知识与企业数字化转型之间呈正相关关系;在行为整合框架下,CEO职业背景、CEO-TMT交互和CEO权力均正向调节两者关系,经稳健性检验后,上述关系依然成立;进一步研究发现,团队断裂带的存在会阻碍团队成员的信息交流,从而抑制高层管理团队数字知识的转化;基于知识基础观发现,企业层面的技术吸收能力能够促进团队数字知识与企业数字化转型的关系。研究结论可以为数字变革下高层管理团队准确理解并正确履行自身角色和职能提供借鉴。Based on the role theory perspective,this paper analyzes the impact of digital knowledge of top management teams on digital transformation of enterprises with the help of the biographical data of the executives in listed companies from 2010 to 2020 in China,and focuses on the boundary conditions between the two.The study shows that there is a positive relationship between digital knowledge and digital transformation of enterprises,and the above relationships persist after ro⁃bustness testing;CEO career background,CEO-TMT interaction and CEO power all positively moderate the relationship be⁃tween the two in a behavioral integration framework.Further study finds that the existence of team disconnection zones hin⁃ders the information exchange among team members,thus inhibiting the transformation of digital knowledge in top manage⁃ment teams.Based on the knowledge base view,we find that the corporate-level technology absorptive capacity can facili⁃tate the relationship between digital knowledge of the teams and digital transformation of enterprises.The findings of the study can help top management teams to understand and perform their roles and functions under the digital transformation.
