摘  要:联合国2030年可持续发展议程颁布数年,国际教育援助中的南北援助模式和南南合作模式仍然存在难以弥合的裂痕。现代化理论视域下,裂痕产生的原因是传统和新兴援助国的现代化逻辑不同。西方学者不断生产“普世性”的现代化理论为国际教育援助体系的西方主导权背书造势,构成了理论和实践相结合的现代化逻辑。然而,本体论上文明社会遮掩的资本逻辑;认识论上全球教育共识的虚假想象;方法论上技术官僚主义的精心算计暴露了西方现代化逻辑的非正义性。对此,中国式现代化逻辑较之西方有所超越,包括驾驭教育资本,创造人类文明新形态;落实人类命运共同体理念,凝聚全球教育共识;深化全球教育治理,对接联合国可持续发展目标。作为南南合作的典型,这种超越也进而启示弥合两种援助模式之间的裂痕,需要国际教育援助的世界现代化逻辑在理论上突破更为隐蔽的西方中心主义,在实践上通过更加公平正义的国际教育援助体系走向现代化。everal years after the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was promulgated,there are still a gap that hardly can be bridged between North-South relation and South-South cooperation models in international education aid.From the perspective of modernization theory,the reason why the gap exist is that the modernization logic of the traditional and new education aid donors are different.Western scholars continuously produce'universal'modernization theories to endorse and promote the Western-led international education aid system,forming a modernization logic that integrates theory and practice.However,ontologically,capital logic concealed by civilized society;epistemologically,false imagination of global educational consensus;and methodologically,shrewd calculation of technocratic,all unveil the unjust nature of the Western modernization development logic.In response,Chinese path to modernization presents a transcendence over the Western development logic,encompassing harness educational capital and create a new model for human progress;implement the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and build educational consensus;deepen global education governance and align with the United Nations sustainable development goals.As a hallmark of South-South cooperation,this transcendence further elucidates that to bridge the gap between North-South relation and South-South cooperation models,global modernization logic for international education aid needs to,in theory,break through the more concealed Western-centrism and,in practice,move towards modernization through a more equitable and just international education aid system.
